MEET THE FOUNDER
JNANA SINDHU SWAMY
Jnana Sindhu Swamy, began his journey as a 19 year old youth environmental activist.
In 2008, along with Harish founded Signa, with an aim to lead and inspire young people to address climate change crisis.
His curiosity and thirst for learning pushed him to travel across the nation and come in contact with farmers’ rights groups to social movements, gender rights and youths. This experience allowed him to widen his perspective on the wide range of socio-cultural-ecological issues.
He also firmly believed that youths like him are many around us, and the need and scope for a group like Signa is immense, to bring about the positive change in the change.
